1. Online Payments

Each quotation shared with you includes a secure payment link. Payments are processed through a robust gateway, accepting major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and wallets.

For those preferring a bank or wire transfer, your designer can provide the necessary account details.


2. Offline Payments

Please coordinate with your designer if you prefer offline payments. Cheques or drafts must be issued in favor of Opalspace India Private Limited.

Payment Terms for an Opalspace Project

Project and Order Overview
  • A project refers to the overall home design task for a single property.
  • Multiple orders may be created for the same project (e.g., one order for modular products, another for civil work).
Booking Opalspace

Secure your project with a booking fee:

  • 5% of the final quote or ₹25,000, whichever is higher.
  • This amount is adjusted against future orders.
  • If the project scope expands significantly, additional fees may be required before design work begins.

Payment Gateway Fee

  • The gateway fee is waived for the first installment.
  • For subsequent transactions, a 2% non-refundable gateway fee (inclusive of GST) is applied.
  • Invoices can be accessed via your Opalspace Hub account.

Execution Milestones and Payment Schedule

The payment schedule is aligned with project execution milestones. Once the order reaches 40-50% completion, the remaining payment is due.

If the booking fee has been adjusted against an order, the following terms apply:

  • 50% payment upfront for subsequent orders.

  2. Cancellations: Projects canceled after 50% payment are non-refundable.
